Like most women - I am indeed a slave for fashion. I love shoes of all kinds, but I love bags even more. I do not really have this snotty and discerning taste in bags, because I enjoy bags of all kinds, designs and love-purse.com colors. I like bags made from leather, canvas, monochrome and even plastic - and like any other young soul, I absolutely love fun, vibrant and colorful ones too. In my quest for excellent colorful bags, I have come across several collections and brands, and these include Sydney Love and Shagwear purse and handbags.

Sydney Love

The first brand that is worth noting is Sydney Love. Originating from the United States (not from Australia as most people would think), Sydney Love features fun, colorful and vibrant prints. Most prints are small and bright, but the brand also plays with darker colors such as brown, black, deep red and gray. Prints vary from animals, clothes, vintage items, sunglasses, swimwear and more. With different collections that do not only differ in color but also in print, there's always a perfect choice for you.

Personally, I like the Black and Gold Stripe and the Sunny Days collection. The Black and Gold Stripe Collection features handbags with black and gold stripes while the Sunny Days collection features small colorful swimsuit prints set against white material. With different collections and a variety of bags available per collection, you can match your bags or purses with your luggage, luggage tags, wallets and even toiletry case.

Shagwear

Shagwear is another fun and hip brand, which is a brand from Canada. Shagwear features bold and vibrant colors like red, aqua blue, boots-pretty.com lime green and the like. Instead of featuring small prints that look like monochrome patterns, Shagwear purses and handbags feature huge prints that are usually of different kinds of animals. The bag or the item basically serves as a canvas, with the print serving as the artwork.

The brand features a number of collections, and my top favorite is the Diva Kitty collection. This collection features a beautiful pink kitty set back against black faux leather. It's very youthful, yet elegant, too. There are over twenty collections that feature cats, dogs, horses, ants, musical notes, ballerinas, ladybugs, flowers and more and they certainly come in very fun and vibrant colors.

Sydney Love vs Shagwear: Which Is Better?

So, what is better - Sydney Love or Shagwear? Well, both brands have their own strengths and weaknesses, so there's really no better or best among the two. Here are some good points about each brand and why I like them.

Sydney Love
